    This barre workout is designed to trim, tighten, and tone your entire body. On the mat, and at the barre, you will use small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, to develop a strong, long, and lean physique.

    This workout is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles.
